General Information
We provide a safe and educational environment for children from 8 weeks to 5 years old. Complete the pre-enrollment form, and we will contact you to finalize the process.
Minimum Enrollment Requirements
✅ Age: From 8 weeks to 5 years old.
✅ Required Documents:
- Birth certificate.
- Updated immunization record (Form 680).
- Physical exam form (Form 3040).
- Proof of residence in Miami-Dade, Florida.
✅ Available Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
